SHIPPING

To ensure your plants spend the least amount of time in transit, we ship all of our orders every Monday. Currently, outside of WA, we ship all our plants express. Due to customs restrictions, we are not currently able to ship to NT or Tasmania. We are working on achieving, however, it takes time. Please note, our plants are shipped in soil. There may be excess soil when unpacking.

RETURN/REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be confident and happy with your purchases. We offer a full refund for any plants that do not survive transit. Please raise this with us within 48 hours from package arrival. Email photos to hello@coastalplantco.com.au, quoting your order reference number. 

NURSERY OPENING HOURS

Whilst we are finishing the final touches, our nursery is currently only open by appointment. Our frequent availability is as follows;

Thursdays 8am-4pm

Fridays 8am-4pm

Saturday 9am-2pm

If this isn't convenient, we are always flexible in changing times.
